Title:  Regional Technical Support Engineer

  1. Technical support: Establish an effective problem management model to quickly solve technical problems in the region, as well as being able to analyze product and personnel problems in the region and develop improvement plans to continuously improve customer satisfaction in the region
  2. Technical management: According to the region's business development and requirements, formulate the corresponding technology planning and empowerment targets; to establish an effective technical evaluation mode and monitor achievement of technical targets, and to train technical personnel in line with regional development.
  3. Training and empowerment: Analyze the technical ability and gap of internal engineers and channel engineers in the region, and actively coordinate the resources of the headquarters and the region to formulate corresponding technical training programs and training plans; Continuously upgrade the technical abilities of engineers in the region
  4. Localization construction: According to local business models and requirements, formulate localized technical materials ,technical process and technical platforms. Understand the local market and technology situation, and propose local technology requirements in a forward-looking manner.
