Title: Key Account Manager
Responsibilities:
1. Scan and Analysis the potential KA customer segmentation to make the opportunities list.
2. Work with distributors to identify potential key accounts, establish relationship, and visit decision-makers to generate new leads in line with strategies, accomplish the sales target.
3. Expand the network of national KOL and national reference sites as guided by HQ strategies and programs. Organize related marketing activities.
4. Lead and empower distributor to reach the KA target.
5. Prepare reports to the National Sales & Marketing Manager and HQ regarding sales data and market information.
6. Assist National Sales&Marketing Manager to manage PMLS business transformation.
Requirement:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in medical related disciplines is preferred.
2. At least 5-10 years' experience in sales and marketing of PMLS products (e.g. monitor, anesthesia machine, ventilator, defibrillator/AED, ECG machine,surgical products, etc.) or in related sphere of medical device industry.
3. Experienced in working with end-users and key clients.
4. Self-motivated and good teamwork spirit.
5. Scrupulous to handle the internal/external work with high efficient.
6. Strong ability to withstand stress, Adapt to foreign company culture.
