Title: Sales Manager
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales Manager to lead business growth in the Critical Care and Surgical Equipment segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and business development across Bihar, Jharkhand, and West Bengal
- Manage and grow relationships with key customers and hospital accounts
- Handle dealer network and ensure strong channel performance
- Lead and manage government (tender) projects and institutional business
- Achieve sales targets and expand market share in the assigned territory
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in medical equipment sales (Critical Care & Surgical domain)
- Strong experience in key account management
- Proven track record in dealer handling and government project execution
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel across the assigned region
Preferred Candidate:
- Strong network in Bihar, Jharkhand, and West Bengal healthcare market
- Ability to handle large accounts and complex sales cycles
