Title:  Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales Manager to lead business growth in the Critical Care and Surgical Equipment segment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and business development across Bihar, Jharkhand, and West Bengal
  • Manage and grow relationships with key customers and hospital accounts
  • Handle dealer network and ensure strong channel performance
  • Lead and manage government (tender) projects and institutional business
  • Achieve sales targets and expand market share in the assigned territory
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in medical equipment sales (Critical Care & Surgical domain)
  • Strong experience in key account management
  • Proven track record in dealer handling and government project execution
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel across the assigned region

Preferred Candidate:

  • Strong network in Bihar, Jharkhand, and West Bengal healthcare market
  • Ability to handle large accounts and complex sales cycles
