Regional service supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Customer management :. Establish an effective problem management model to quickly solve technical problems in the region, as well as being able to analyze product and personnel problems in the region and develop improvement plans to continuously. Collect and analyze the service needs of customers, report to the headquarters, manage the issue and demand by close-loop way and provide services to meet the needs of customers. Key customer support by annual valued service plan. Cover the customer and improve customer satisfaction in the region.
- Distributor management: According to the region's business development and requirements, formulate the corresponding planning and empowerment targets for distributor. Follow up and supervise the completion of service indicators of channel providers. Ensure the distributor service quality.
- Team management: Lead the team in product and solution delivery and value closure. Analyze the technical ability and gap of internal engineers and channel engineers in the region. Improve team efficiency in a planned way.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor degree or above, major in electronics, biomedical engineering is preferred;
- Ability: Have certain management ability and market observation, more than 5-year experience as service role and be familiar with local market and service situation.
- Knowledge and skills: Good written and spoken English;Good teaching, communication skills; Good problem solving skills; Good information collecting and analyzing ability; Comfortable with frequent travel; Adaptable to cross- culture environment;
- Others: Positive work attitude, with a certain degree of pressure-resistant ability; Familiar with computer and office software
