Title:  Business Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities:

 

  1. Business Support:
    1. Be familiar with the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission -- specifically, support better management reporting, information flow, business support process and organizational planning for Mindray Facility.
    2. Know well about operational systems or processes, be familiar with company policies, and support the sale steam to make sure efficient operation, especially order to delivery process.  
    3. Organize routine business meetings and take notes as per management request. And remind on the to-do list.
    4. Provide administrative solution or support on business activities.
    5. 100% accuracy of business performance indicator reporting, remind risk and tracking
    6. Provide data accurately and timely, and complete the breakdown of annual, quarterly and monthly target on time and with quality

 

  1. Data support:
    1. Customer data: maintain and update customer/distributor data in system. Clean and analyze as per business needs periodically.
    2. Sales Review: Support General Manager on sales opportunities management, including supervise and analyze the opportunity input; organize sales review meeting periodically;
    3. Sales forecast. Support and collect sales forecast data. Support GM in target assignment to HODs or sales person/distributors.
    4. Data control: Follow company’s data management policy strictly in sharing, providing data.
    5. Issue comprehensive analysis report for the region you are responsible for, or analyze a business problem/feature in the region, the report should be complete, well-organized, and intuitive.

 

  1. Platform Management:
    1. Complete all training on a number of platforms related to the requirements of the position.
    2. Daily problem solving for platforms users.
    3. Access management
    4. Master data management on platform.

 

 

Position Specifications

  • Knowledge and Education Requirements

  1. Bachelor degree or above in Business, Data analyze, administration or related discipline.
  2. Strong sense (proactive) to standardize and execute decided rules or company policy
  3. Excellent in Microsoft office tools, esp. excel, power point, good understanding of modern office tools
  4. Know about SAP(CRM, C4C), Power BI, Tableau and other data analyze tools

 

  • Skillsets and Competencies

  1. Minimum 3 years full time work experience in Data Operation management position.
  2. Adaptively work in a matrix system, skillful in cross culture communication and pro-active in getting business resources to achieve their target ONTIME
  3. Proactively show initiative and makes time available to ensure competencies and specializations are kept up-to-date in line with business developments for self and team.
  4. Result-oriented and responsible personality, to be able to optimize his/her own job and the jobs of the team by planning as per target breakdown.
  5. Strong structured system thinking, logical reasoning, and good judgment skills.
  6. Strong capability to learn and willing to grow.
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English communication capability. Proficient Chinese is a plus.
