Title: Key Account Specialist
- Responsible for the business breakthrough in Mid-High segment of In-Vitro Diagnostics industry
- Be able to identify or analyze different customers requirement, procurement process on high segment customers, and competition analysis in each different business segment.
- Develops or grow business on new or existing Key Customers (Accounts) per region by having a thorough understanding of its needs and requirements
- Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and business partners/distribution channels
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
- Bachelor degree or above in Medical, Bio-medical, Life Science or related discipline.
Key Account Manager
- Minimum of total 10 years work experience, at least 8 years sales and marketing experience in IVD related product field
Key Account Specialist
- Minimum of total 5 years work experience, at least 3-5 years sales and marketing experience in IVD related product field
- Familiar with haematology, biochemistry, immunology product etc, and well know customers' needs in each different market segment.
- Self-motivated and has a good teamwork spirit.
- Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to travel nationwide.
