Title:  Product Specialist

Product Management & Business Development

- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for the Hematology including Coagulation, Urinalysis and HPLC product line in the Philippines.

- Drive business growth by identifying market opportunities and expanding presence in key segments such as tertiary hospitals, reference laboratories, and laboratory networks.

- Collect and analyze market intelligence, customer requirements, and competitive information to support strategic planning and product positioning.

- Support the regulatory registration and lifecycle management of Hematology products in the Philippines. Sales & Channel Support

- Empower sales teams and channel partners through product training, technical support, and marketing initiatives.

- Collaborate with the Mindray Key Account (KA) team and distributors to support pre-sales activities for targeted key accounts, including product presentations and demonstrations.

- Strengthen distributor capabilities through continuous training and product knowledge development.

- Provide product expertise and technical support for government and private tenders related to the Hematology product line. 

 

Marketing & KOL Engagement

- Organize seminars, workshops, CME programs, and other marketing activities to promote the Hematology product line.

- Develop and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to support clinical promotion and market adoption.

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree or above in Medical, Bio-medical, Life Science or related discipline

- Minimum of 5 years work experience related to JD primarily in Hematology and also have background in Urinalysis, HPLC, and Coagulation business in Philippines

- Familiar with customer requirement from each segment (government/private)

- Self-motivated and has a good teamwork spirit - Willing to travel national/international
