Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this position plays a key role in supporting the marketing and sales teams, across the company’s patient monitoring, defibrillation, anaesthesia, and ultrasound imaging portfolios.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Undertake marketing duties for marketing activities and campaigns, such as lead management, supplier management, subscriptions, and invoicing
  • Working with the marketing and product specialists to oversee the planning and operational delivery of all events, exhibitions, and workshops
  • Support the product specialists with tender submissions. Market scanning and submission coordination, ensuring all opportunities are identified and acted on in a timely manner
  • Responsibility to logistic activities related to events, on the field and with back-office operations.
  • Support the creation and distribution of digital marketing content, including additions to the Italian website and social media
  • Managing the design and brand image for all collateral and marketing assets, ensuring brochures, videos and images are up to date, organised and in-line with brand identity
  • Responsibility to ensure the customer database is maintained and accurate
  • Working with product managers, clinical specialists, and customers to develop training and implementation materials
  • Monitor and report the results of marketing activities

 

 

What are we looking for in you?

  • Marketing background, preferably in a medical device or med-tech industry, would be a huge plus
  • Fluent in Italian and English both written and verbal
  • Extensive understanding of Microsoft Office suite

  • Happy to work autonomously in the role, offering innovative solutions and looking for future development
