Title: Marketing Specialist
Responsibilities includes but not limited to:
Marketing Scanning
- Market analysis - market dynamics analysis,determination of market demand and current market share, understanding competition, evaluation of potential market, participation in marketing strategy creation
- Customer Analysis
- Competitive analysis - sales data, personnel structure, promotion strategy, market competition / competitors 'analysis
KOL & reference hospitals’ management
- Develop KOL & reference hospitals
- KOL relationship building and supporting, providing additional education to the Key Opinion Leaders by different available means
Promotion Management
- Marketing activity planning and budget planning,marketing activities organization and implementation,To organize international medical affairs, including seminars, webinars and congresses
- Develop and manage relationship with academic society
- Organization and participation of MARCOM activity: in close cooperation with sales teams, communication planning, budgeting, leading internal and external documentation exchanging within certain KPIs
Professional Empowerment
- Providing product training to external, indirect channel and internal sales team, new colleagues
- Close communication with sales and R&D team to provide in-depth market insight on product designing and planning.
- Organization and implementation of professional training in the regional market
- Supporting the sales team and distributors with product knowledge on presales and aftersales stages of sales projects realization: configuration consultations, participation in tender specification preparation, daily tender analysis, price lists correction, registration support
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, working experience in orthopedic product market is a must
- More than 5-year marketing or sales experience is preferred
- Ready for frequent business trips in Russia and CIS region
- Good communication skills, multi-tasking and stress resistance
