Title: Sr. Area Sales Manager
Job Description:
1、Develop and implement a comprehensive territory sales plan for West UP and Uttarkhand to achieve and exceed quarterly/annual sales targets.
2、Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
3、Directly manage and nurture relationships with key government and private hospitals.
4、Manage and develop the distribution network within the territory.
5、Ensure distributor alignment with Mindray's strategies, provide training, and monitor their performance metrics.
Experience Required:
1、Minimum of 8-10 years of total sales experience in the medical equipment/device industry (preferably in critical care, OT, ICU, products).
2、At least 3-5 years of proven experience in a MNC, with a strong track record of achieving targets in the Uttar Pradesh market. Experience in West UP and Uttarkhand is a significant advantage.
