The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Specialist to drive sales growth and market penetration of our anaesthesia and patient monitoring solutions across VIC/TAS public and private hospitals. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building strong customer relationships, enjoys working in clinical environments, and is eager to make a meaningful impact in healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth and market penetration of anaesthesia and patient monitoring solutions across VIC/TAS public and private hospitals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers to secure new business.
- Promote and demonstrate new products, coordinating trials and in-services with Clinical Applications Specialists.
- Provide clinical support in environments such as operating theatres, ensuring proper use and adoption of equipment.
- Prepare tailored proposals and quotations that address customer needs and support decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, service, logistics) to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and product knowledge to refine sales strategy.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Experience:
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in an acute care or medical device environment.
- An anaesthetic nursing or technician background is highly regarded.
- Strong knowledge of the VIC/TAS healthcare landscape and existing customer relationships.

- A proactive and professional approach with excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Analytical thinking with a strategic and results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
