Job Brief
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accountant to join our finance team in Mexico. The role will primarily focus on supporting electronic tax invoice issuing, customer incoming checking and expense review.
Key Responsibilities.
TAX INVOICING(CFDI):
- Validate that the operation’s mail arrives and request the issurance of the fiscal invoice.
- Review SAP invoice with confirmed POD, sales order and customer payment record to ensure the accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare and issue tax invoices (CFDI) through the PAC platform (CONTPAQI) in full compliance with tax regulations and deliver to the end customer.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve invoice disputes, address missing documentation, and follow up on payment status when necessary.
CUSTOMER PAYMENT RECORD
- Maintain daily bank book and customer payment work book.
- Verify each customer payment record type and link to corresponding sales order information.
- Post SAP entry in accordance with company’s internal requirement.
EXPENSE REVIEW
- Responsible for the daily review of employee reimbursement in Concur, ensuring the authenticity, completeness, and compliance with company policy.
- Review the reimbursement supporting in order to in line with Group’s expense policies, travel standards and approval matrix.
- Follow the status of the reimbursement, handle abnormal cases, ensure the SAP capture all journal entries
SUPPORT:
- Provide administrative support for other finance area projects.
- Provide support during month-end and year-end closing activities.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education : Graduate.
Experience: 3 to 4 years of working experience in corporate finance
Soft Skills:
- Good & direct Communication with all levels and departments
- Focused on achieving goals and objectives of the company
- High level of checking and concentration.
- Easy Adaption to changes.
- Fast learner with a strong willingness to learn and grow
Language: English (Basic level, meaning to conduct simple daily conversations and draft clear, straightforward work emails)
Technical skill: Able to do posting in SAP, familiar with Concur and electronic invoicing platform
