Our mission is focus on Advance medical technologies to make healthcare more accessible. As Marketing Specialist for IVD, you will be responsible of:

• Supporting the promotion, positioning, training, and market development of Mindray’s In Vitro Diagnostics portfolio, including Hematology, Coagulation, Urinalysis, Flow Cytometry, Microbiology, and related laboratory solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for assigned IVD product lines.
• Support product launches and go-to-market activities.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and industry developments.
• Prepare and adapt promotional materials, presentations, and technical documentation.
• Deliver product and technical training to distributors, sales teams, and end users.
• Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), laboratories, and hospitals.
• Support workshops, seminars, congresses, and academic activities.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, or related field.

Experience: 3–5 years of experience in the IVD industry. Hematology, Coagulation, and/or Urinalysis preferred. Product, marketing, applications, or technical support is valued.

Willingness to travel frequently.

English: Proficiency is required.
