Title: Sales Representative, Pump
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to lead the Infusion Systems business across Mexico.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for channel strategy, distributor management, demand forecasting, and inventory planning, ensuring sustainable and scalable business expansion nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
1. Market Strategy & Business Development
- Conduct in-depth market analysis, including industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Develop and execute national strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
- Ensure strong market positioning and brand recognition.
2. Channel Development & Distributor Management
- Identify, develop, and manage distributors across different regions.
- Drive distributor performance and ensure achievement of assigned sales targets.
- Establish standardized channel management processes, including evaluation, segmentation, and optimization.
3. Demand Forecasting & Inventory Management
- Develop accurate sales forecasts based on market trends, pipeline, and historical data.
- Collaborate with distributors to ensure optimal inventory levels.
- Avoid stock-outs and overstock through proactive planning
4. Competitive Intelligence & Marketing Strategy
- Continuously monitor competitors’ activities, including pricing, product features, and positioning.
- Develop effective competitive strategies and value propositions.
- Provide actionable insights for product improvement and marketing initiatives.
5. Marketing & KOL Development
- Plan and execute marketing activities such as exhibitions, congresses, workshops, and promotional campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key hospitals and clinical experts (KOLs).
- Develop and manage a structured KOL database to support long-term business growth.
6. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, opration, regulatory, and service teams.
- Ensure alignment between sales execution and operational capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Medical, Biomedical Engineering, Business, or related fields.
- Minimum 5–8 years of sales experience in medical devices (infusion, ICU, or consumables preferred).
- Proven experience in distributor/channel management.
- Strong understanding of consumables-driven or leasing/placement business models.
- Experience in forecasting and inventory planning is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and execution capabilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in Spanish and English
