Title: Service Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for in-vitro diagnostic products, completing departmental plans and tasks, and providing timely and effective support and training to users. Participate in installation, maintenance, repair, and upgrade training, and conduct on-site service work to enhance customer satisfaction with the company’s products and strengthen the company’s image and service brand.
- Responsible for regional sales support and technical service team/partner capability building.
- Possess strong coordination skills to work with internal and external resources to resolve various issues and gain customer recognition.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Biomedical Engineering, Electronic Information, Medical Laboratory Science, or other related fields; relevant industry experience is preferred.
- Strong customer service awareness and teamwork spirit, with excellent learning ability.
- Good English communication skills.
