Title: Sales Representative Orthopedics
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Develop orthopedic product sales channel; maintain sound relationship with customers to achieve assigned sales targets.
2. Ongoing basic technical training and support to customers, visit customers and/or potential customers of Mindray on a regular and planned basis to promote orthopedic products and services to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets.
3. Organize and attend seminar, conferences, workshop and exhibitions as required to promote orthopedic products and services.
4. Market and competitor analysis, create sales and market plans to match company’s yearly target.
5. Handle other duties and responsibilities as they are periodically assigned or requested.
6. To establish and maintenance good relationship with local orthopedic surgeons and KOLs.
7. To represent Mindray’s values and integrity.
Required Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or higher in international Economics and Trade, Bio-medical, Clinical & Medicals and other related field.
2. At least 5 years solid experience with track record in sales of Trauma implantes, orthopedic products sales experience preferred.
3. Ability to work independently and manage own time effectively.
4. Self motivated and good teamwork spirit. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
5. Excellent capability in business expansion and account management.
6. Good presentation and negotiation skills.
7. Be able to travel frequently.
