Title:  Service Engineer

Responsibilities:
1. Do onsite installation/troubleshooting/PM  (Life support equipments) , keep and improve Mindray service reputation of Key Customers. 
2. Provide technical support to local distributors. Provide technical training to strength service ability of local distributors; Manage distributors to maintain and improve customer satisfaction of local market.
3. Execute headquarters’ service requirement , dynamic competition investigation and establish suitable service strategy for the local market;
4  Achieve targets of service revenue and help distributors to promote service contracts.
5. Cooporate with sales team to achieve sales target.


Requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree is mandatory, major in engineering (bioengineering/Biomedical) or equivalent; Preferably specialized in Biotechnology, Biomedical equipment or equivalent;
2. More than 3 years of customer service-related experience in medical industry, Life support equipments (Anesthesia/Ventilator/Patient Monitor/Defibrillator/Pendent/Surgical Light and so on) ). Must have some basic IT and network knowledge.
3. Strong coaching and leadership skills, able to motivate internal employees and  partners;
4. Be proactive, good communication skills and strong customer service awareness and teamwork spirit;
5. Located in Kenya. Accept frequently international business trip.
