The Opportunity:

We’re looking for a senior, commercially driven Regional Sales & Strategic Accounts Manager to lead our Victoria & Tasmania sales operations while owning a portfolio of strategic hospital accounts.

Reporting to the Country GM (with a dotted line to the National SKA Manager), this role blends hands-on sales leadership, executive account ownership, and regional execution within a global organisation. You will also sit on the local management team, contributing to business strategy and decision-making at the country level.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and coach the Southern region sales team to deliver revenue and growth targets
  • Own and grow key strategic hospital accounts at executive level
  • Drive pipeline discipline, forecasting accuracy, and CRM compliance
  • Execute regional sales and tender activities in alignment with global and national strategies
  • Strengthen Mindray’s brand presence across major hospital networks in VIC & TAS
  • Develop talent and embed a high-performance, accountable sales culture

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • 7–10 years’ experience in medical device sales, including senior sales leadership
  • Experience selling into Australian hospitals – capital equipment experience is highly desirable
  • Strong experience with hospital tenders and complex sales cycles
  • Deep knowledge of the Victorian and Tasmanian healthcare markets
  • Commercially sharp, technically credible, and confident engaging executive stakeholders
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach
  • Willingness to travel within Australia and a valid Australian driver’s licence
