Title:  OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

1. FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1.1 Administrative Management

Oversee daily administrative operations of the subsidiary, including facilities, office services, corporate housing, documentation, and travel management, ensuring an organized and efficient working environment.

1.2 Budget and Financial Management

Support budget planning, execution tracking, and reporting in alignment with HQ requirements.

1.3 Fixed Asset Management

Manage the lifecycle and inventory control of fixed assets to ensure accuracy and compliance.

1.4 Vendor Management

Coordinate vendor sourcing, contracting, and performance monitoring to ensure service quality and cost efficiency.

1.5 Business Support and Events

Provide operational support to cross-functional teams (e.g., HR, Finance, Legal) and coordinate logistics for corporate activities and events.

1.6 Risk and Compliance

Monitor risks and ensure adherence to corporate policies and regulatory requirements.

1.7 Continuous Improvement

Drive process optimization and promote digitalization to improve operational efficiency.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance, International Business, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in operations, administration, logistics, or facilities-related roles.
  • Mobility: Willing to travel and accept role rotation as required.
  • Mindset: Proactive and result-oriented, with strong learning agility and execution capability.
  • Technical Foundation: Familiarity with budget control, asset management, vendor coordination, and ERP tools (e.g., SAP), with solid documentation skills.
  • Language: Advanced English with cross-cultural communication capability; additional languages are a plus.
