Title: Strategic Key Account Manager
Mindray Brazil is looking for a Strategic Key Account Manager - South Region (Brazil)
We are seeking a Key Account Executive with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to navigate different personalities, influence stakeholders, and manage complex commercial environments.
Location and Scope of Work:
- Base Location: Must reside in the South Region of Brazil, preferably in Rio Grande do Sul.
Main Activities and Responsibilities
This role will act strategically across major accounts, representing Mindray’s full portfolio, to ensure premium and standardized service for Strategic Key Accounts, acting as Mindray’s regional reference and the interface between customers and our organization, ensuring operational excellence, executive-level (C-level) relationships, and high customer satisfaction.
- Manage and develop key accounts across major hospitals in the region
- Conduct consultative sales and promote Mindray’s full portfolio of solutions.
- Serve as a central connector between internal teams and distributors, ensuring an integrated and cohesive customer experience.
- Build and deepen relationships with C‑level executives in hospital networks.
- Partner closely with distributors to maximize regional performance.
- Work across different commercial models: sales, rental, and loan/comodato.
What are we looking for in you?
- Proven experience with Patient monitoring & Life support, Medical imaging and or IVD devices
- Experience in key account management, B2B sales and working with distributors.
- Strong soft skills and the ability to engage effectively with diverse customer profiles.
- Strategic mindset and excellent relationship‑building capabilities.
- Residence in Southern Brazil (preferably Rio Grande do Sul).
- Advanced english level is a plus
