We are now looking for a genuine expert - someone who has spent years in the hematology IVD world, understands the clinical landscape as well as any clinician in the room, and is ready to take on a role with real reach, real impact, and real visibility.
You will be the product authority across France and the whole of Benelux - shaping how our hematology solutions are positioned, demonstrated, and adopted in some of the most important clinical institutions in Western Europe. This is not a back-office marketing role. You will be in the field, at congresses, in labs, and in front of the decision-makers who matter.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Based in Paris or Lyon, you will operate across a broad and strategically important territory covering France and the Benelux region (Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg). Reporting to the Marketing & Sales Manager for IVD France, you will work hand-in-hand with the European IVD Marketing team and our local commercial and distributor network to drive product adoption, market penetration, and customer advocacy.
You will be the bridge between the clinical world, the commercial team, and our global headquarters in China - bringing market intelligence, customer feedback, and product insight together to influence both local strategy and global product development.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Your role will be broad, dynamic, and genuinely varied. Day to day, you will:
- Lead pre-sales and in-sales product support across France and Benelux, particularly on complex key accounts, competitive displacements, and high-value project wins
- Support the tender process for hematology opportunities across the region, coordinating with distributors, the sales team, and HQ to ensure the strongest possible submissions
- Identify, engage, and cultivate Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) across the hematology community - haematologists, lab directors, clinical scientists - building relationships that generate clinical endorsement, reference sites, and long-term advocacy
- Organise and run high-impact marketing and scientific events: customer symposia, product launch workshops, clinical study days, congress satellite events, and advisory boards - handling everything from concept to follow-up
- Conduct clinical and product demonstrations that bring our hematology analyser portfolio to life, tailoring the message to the audience whether that is a chief of haematology, a biomedical engineer, or a procurement committee
- Be the voice of the customer to HQ: collect, analyse, and channel product feedback, clinical feature requests, and competitive intelligence from the field to our global product and R&D teams
- Conduct rigorous competitor benchmarking - tracking the moves of Sysmex, Beckman Coulter, Abbott, and Siemens Healthineers and delivering actionable insight to help our commercial teams win
- Own the regional marketing activity plan: develop and implement promotional campaigns, product messaging, and local content in partnership with the European marketing team
- Deliver product and application training to distributors, sales colleagues, and end-user clinical teams, building capability and confidence at every level of the commercial chain
- Attend and represent Mindray at key hematology congresses and scientific forums across France and Benelux, positioning yourself and the brand as credible, authoritative voices in Hematology
- Support the introduction of new hematology products to market, helping define launch strategy, develop commercial tools, and create excitement in the field
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
You are an experienced hematology specialist who has spent at least five years in a product specialist, applications specialist, or clinical marketing role within the Hematology sector. You know this market - the players, the customers, the clinical challenges - and you are ready to use that knowledge on a bigger stage.
Specifically, we are looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in a hematology IVD product specialist role - this is non-negotiable
- A deep understanding of hematology analyser technology, clinical workflows, and the IVD procurement landscape in France and/or Benelux
- A proven track record of KOL engagement - you have built and maintained relationships with senior clinicians and lab leaders, and you know how to turn those relationships into reference sites, clinical endorsements, and commercial outcomes
- Demonstrated experience planning and executing marketing events and customer programmes: symposia, workshops, clinical visits, advisory boards - you have done this and you know what good looks like
- The confidence and credibility to stand in front of a room of haematologists and make them sit up and take notice
- Commercial instinct - you understand how your product knowledge connects to pipeline, to deals, and to market share
- Experience working with tender processes in a hospital or public procurement environment
- A natural collaborator who thrives in a matrix environment - working across sales, marketing, distributors, and global HQ
- Willingness and enthusiasm to travel up to 50% of the time across France and Benelux, including overnight stays
- Fluent French and professional English (both written and spoken) - additional Dutch or Flemish is a strong advantage for the Benelux component of the role
- The right to work in France without visa sponsorship
