Title:  Product Specialist - IVD

Responsibilities

1. Product Management

• Lead the launch and promotion of IVD products in the region
• Implement Mindray’s product strategy locally
• Translate and localize product materials (advertisements, presentations, etc.)
• Conduct product training for sales specialists, partners, and customers

2. Market Analysis

• Perform competitive analysis and market research
• Conduct sales analytics and forecasting

3. Sales Support

• Provide professional consultation and technical support to sales specialists
• Lead key IVD projects in the region
• Update product information for sales teams, partners, and customers in a timely manner

4. Exhibitions & Conferences

• Participate in marketing events and activities
• Deliver presentations and demonstrations at professional conferences

5. Registration Support

• Develop product registration plans (defining necessity and priorities)
• Provide professional guidance to the registration department

Requirements

• Degree in Medical, Biomedical, or Technical fields
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Specialist in IVD field
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• English proficiency at intermediate level or above
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory (Ukraine, Belarus, Moldova, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Georgia)
