The Sales Representative is responsible for the commercial objective of the specific territory and the specific product lines. Assist in the collection of information and search of the distributor and local channel.

  1. Achieve the IVD  product sales target and delivery the according sales strategy in the territory
  2. Concern and optimize the profit target and payment promptness
  3. Attend in the project tender and contract assessment.
  4. Identify potential clients, develops an account entry strategy, conducts the prospecting campaign, develops relationships and understands the business/performance issues that contribute to the client´s critical strategic business objective.
  5. Follow the competitor's information and predict the need of the customer to advance the sales achievement and quota expansion.
  6. Work closely with marketing team for new product introduction and promotional activities.
  7. Participate in the internal expo. to collect, analysis and output the report of the customer and marketing data.
  8. Initiate and maintain the customer relation and deal with the customer complain.
  9. Build and manage the distributor network
  10. Visit the customer regularly and follow the customer need to increase the satisfaction
  11. Cooperate with business coordinator to advance smoothly the marketing program.
  12. Assist the service manager to deal with the payment collection and customer complain
  13. Share the sales experiences and delivery the marketing information internally

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in engineering or equivalent, mechanical and electrical engineering, bio-medical, human science or related disciplines;
  2. Minimum 3 years working experience in sales  and experience in the field of Medical Device is preferred for Diagnostic In Vitro.
  3. Excellent communication skills in English
  4. Excellent capability in business expansion and account management.
  5. Able to travel frequently.
