Title: Regional Technical Support Engineer
1.Provide remote or on-site support for technical issues and requirements encountered in medical imaging products; identify key issues and escalate them as required; explore customer needs and escalate feedback;
2.Provide empowerment according to the empowerment needs and requirements of the region, and promote engineers to obtain relevant service qualifications;
3.Support the delivery of major regional projects and the implementation of quality plans;
4.Compile, update, and translate required training materials;
5.Monitor regional service delivery data, output relevant report analyses, and collaborate with the region to achieve goals.
