Mindray Brazil is looking for a Service Technician

 

We are seeking a dedicated Service Technician to support service operations for our Patient Monitoring and Life Support (PMLS) division. In this role, you will act as the primary technical link between the company and our distributors, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.

 

Base Location: São Paulo

 

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

 

This role is fundamental in ensuring technical standardization and operational efficiency across channel partners. The primary focus is to empower internal and external teams through training, monitor technical problem-solving via Issue to Resolution (ITR) tracking, and guarantee the technical integrity of equipment during demonstrations and operations.

 

 

Distributor Management & Performance: Oversee the technical performance of distributors, ensuring that company service standards are maintained and that channel service targets are consistently met.

ITR (Issue to Resolution) Monitoring: Lead ticket follow-up meetings (Channel ITR Meetings) in collaboration with supervisors and leadership, focusing on resolving technical bottlenecks and improving channel response times.

Specialized Technical Support (Online Support): Act as the second-level remote technical support for both customers and distributors, resolving complex cases and ensuring advanced assistance is available whenever necessary.

Capacity Building & Development (Training): Plan and execute technical training programs for internal teams (employees) and external partners (distributors), ensuring all parties possess the necessary knowledge for installation and maintenance.

Asset Quality Control (Demo Checking): Responsible for the technical verification and auditing of demonstration equipment (Demo Units), ensuring products are in perfect condition for commercial presentations and clinical trials.

 

 

What are we looking for in you?

  • Technical background in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
  • Experience in the medical device industry (PMLS experience preferred).
  • Ability to travel within the region as required.
  • Strong communication skills for conducting distributor training and client interactions.
  • Residency in São Paulo or Greater São Paulo
