Responsibilities:Strategy planning in the region for infusion pumps productsExplore, develop new partners, and consolidate sales network in assigned territories; coordinate with channel sales and marketing team members to manage and enhance relationship with existing sales distributors; train, manage and support distribution network for achieving sales targetsIdentify business opportunities in hospitals or Package contractor for achieving sales breakthroughs on product line and hospital departmental perspectivesCollect, analyze information about the market, e.g. competitors' activities and customers’ requirements etc. for maximizing business opportunitiesMaintain relationship with end-users and KOLProvide advice and support to dealersOrganize and participate in exhibitions, seminars and other promotion activities Position Specifications Bachelor degree in Medical, Bio-medical, Life Science or related discipline
Minimum 2 years of proven track record in Medical Device sales preferably in Infusion Pumps, gained in major healthcare MNCs or their local distributors.Experienced in direct sales network
Familiar with healthcare market and KOLs
Self-motivated and good teamwork spirit
Good English communication skills (intermediate and above level)
Willing to travel
