Due to the rapid expansion of Mindray’s success, Mindray Medical Poland needs a true sales professional, well versed in working with distributors, based in Poland, with an established relationship with KOL’s, to sell our range of Imaging Systems (focusing on Ultrasound Imaging products) and further enhance our distributor relationships.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Manage and enhance relationship with hospitals and private clinics in Poland
  • Operational day/day affairs between distributors and Mindray Poland
  • Achieve quarterly and yearly Operating Plan (orders, sales, and contribution margin, base costs, operating margin, and cash where applicable), together with, customer satisfaction & retention
  • Timely and accurate forecasting of pipeline per product and sales per the normal reporting cycles
  • Support product testing demand of distributors
  • Contribute to Ultrasound application support where needed
  • Second source for pricelist as well as for special pricing affairs
  • Support to achieve or exceed quarterly and annual national Distributors sales targets
  • Implement marketing strategies, analysing trends and results
  • Implements national sales programs by developing distributors action plans
  • Attend local and national conferences and meetings to promote Mindray
  • Commercial networking
  • Weekly activity reports
  • Monthly forecast and opportunity reporting 

 

What are we looking for in you?

 

  • Comprehensive experience within Ultrasound sales and application support is essential
  • Experienced in product and clinical presentation  of ultrasound systems at hospitals and private clinics (at least middle/average level application knowledge required, very high level of clinical knowledge will be additional advantage for additional scoring)
  • Be able to demonstrate success in selling ultrasound systems. Demonstrate a track record that shows sales growth and successful business development
  • Have a minimum of 3 years sales experience in the Ultrasound Imaging Systems market
  • Have a minimum of 2 years experience in ultrasound clinical application support
  • Proven ability to manage and develop business with distributors
  • Distributor training and inventory checking
  • Management of installation projects
  • Evidence of emotional intelligence is critical
  • “Drive” to support the achievement of financial sales goals
  • Initiative, know how to find opportunities for business
  • Independence – recognise how to get things done
  • Relationship skills – able to build strong positive relationships with Distributors key decision makers and collaborate positively inside the Mindray organization
  • Good communicator with excellent listening, spoken and written communication skills
  • IT literate
  • Fluent Polish and English, both written and spoken
  • Able and willing to travel 60-70 % of working time 
  • Ability to work in Poland without the requirement of company sponsorship
