Location: Bukarest, Romania

 

Field-based, frequent travel in Romania

Reporting to: Sales & Marketing Manager, PMLS, SEEU

 


We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our PMLS (Patient Monitoring and Life Support) team in Romania.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strategic partnerships, and lifting our branding. If you are passionate about sales, possess excellent leadership skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

  • Exceed annual sales targets.
  • Cultivate relationships with key accounts and drive brand loyalty.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor data to refine sales strategies.
  • Establish and maintain a strong sales and distribution network.
  • Collaborate with distributors to pursue key projects and tenders.
  • Ensure timely order collection and accurate forecasting.

 

Marketing:

  • Support participation in industry conferences and exhibitions.
  • Develop targeted marketing plans in collaboration with the Line Manager.
  • Identify and penetrate potential key accounts.
  • Execute marketing plans to drive sales and brand awareness.


Other Activities:

  • Conduct product and sales training for distributors.
  • Prepare monthly work plans and detailed reports.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years sales experience in PMLS business.
  • Minimum 5 years sales experience in medical devices business.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
