Title: Sales Representative
Nouth sales manager for PMLS
Responsibilities:
1. Forecast and plan individual selling target, execute and drive results to meet a set target; keep follow-up with existing orders end to end to ensure the smoothness of order fulfillment;
2. Manage and support distributors of assigned region; explore new promising overseas market and work to enhance Mindray product branding recognition in the local area as well as improve market coverage;
3. Present Mindray products in professional fairs and exhibitions; keep management informed by submitting activity reports, work plan and territory market analyses;
4. Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules;
5. Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports and making recommendations to management team;
6. Feedback to R&D team according to sales status with the purpose of product optimization.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in engineering or equivalent, mechanical and electrical engineering, bio-medical, human science or related disciplines;
2. Minimum 3 years working experience in international sales, sales experience in the field of medical device is preferred;
3. Excellent communication skills in English;
4. Excellent capability in business expansion and account management;
5. Able to travel frequently.
