Title: Sales Representative
Sales Representative/ Supervisor  
Responsibilities: 
1. Forecasts and plans individual selling target, executes and drives results to meet a set target;  
2. Keeps follow-up with existing orders end to end to ensure the smoothness of order fulfillment;  
3. Manages and supports distributors of assigned region;  
4. Explores new promising overseas market, and works to enhance Mindray product branding recognition in the local area as well as improve market coverage;  
5. Presents Mindray products in professional fairs and exhibitions; 
6. Keeps management informed by submitting activity reports, work plan and territory market analyses;  
7. Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules;  
8. Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports and making recommendations to management team;   
9. Coordinates Service team to solve customer complaints; 
10. Feedbacks to R&D team according to sales status with the purpose of product optimization;  
Requirements: 
1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in engineering or equivalent, mechanical and electrical engineering, bio-medical, human science or related disciplines;  
2. Minimum 3 years working experience in sales, sales experience in the field of Medical Device is preferred;  
3. Excellent communication skills in English;  
4. Excellent capability in business expansion and account management. 
5. Able to travel frequently in the Region;
