Title: Service Engineer IVD

With Mindray as IVD Service Engineer your main responsabilities will be:
- Responsible for online and on-site technical service support for IVD product line;
- Provide training to distributors service team and customer, keep improving the service quality and customers' satisfaction;
- Customer satisfaction oriented, guide all distributors on how to better manage their service team as per Headquarters instruction, and keep optimizing inside and outside work procedure;
- Keep collecting end users' feedback and suggestions, and optimizing inside and outside work flow.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of customer service related experience in medical industry, preferred product background is biochemistry, hematology, immunology, coagulation and urine analyzer etc.;
- Good communication skills and customer service awareness, strong sense of responsibility, full of team spirit;
- Accept frequently travel to different countries and cities as per work requirement;
- Good coordination skill.
