Title:  Service Engineer

Responsibilities:

  1. Service delivery: Through product training, obtain qualifications, and complete client installation, repair, maintenance and other related work.
  2. Customer management: Actively visit key customers, understand product and service performance, track and solve abnormal situations and customer needs, assist marketing in carrying out service activities for key customers and key business opportunities, and improve customer satisfaction.
  3. Channel management: Pay attention to the development of channels and improve the service capabilities of channels by improving the system construction of channels. Pay attention to channel service quality and reach corresponding improvement plans. Provide technical support and training to channels at the same time
  4. Service revenue: Through channel and client visits, discover and follow up business opportunities. Achieve the set tasks for the year.
  5. Platform construction: assist the company's functional departments to optimize the platform, including call centers, parts supply, etc.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor degree or above, major in electronics, biomedical engineering is preferred;
  2. Experience: more than 3-year experience as service engineer;
  3. Knowledge and skills: Good teaching, communication skills; Good information collecting and analyzing ability; Comfortable with frequent travel; Adaptable to cross- culture environment;
  4. Good written and spoken English;
  5. Familiar with computer and office software
