Title:  Service Engineer

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Engineer for our Patient Monitoring and Life Support (PMLS) line in Peru.

As a Customer Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients receive the best possible technical support. To achieve this, the personnel will be expected to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Provide professional technical support for Mindray products to both distributors and end users.

  • Serve as a technical resource to support our distributors and their teams.

  • Respond to calls and emails from distributors.

  • Manage service and spare parts requests from distributors.

  • Monitor service quality indicators of our distributors and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Visit customers together with distributors to ensure their needs are met.

  • Support the training and development of distributors and internal teams.

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams by providing specialized technical support.

  • Occasionally provide value-added services to certain hospitals (training, maintenance, inspections).

  • Take responsibility for the effective management of your assigned service area, including promoting new contracts and coordinating with clients for renewals.


What we are looking for:

  • Graduate in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or related fields.

  • Experience with patient monitors and life-support medical devices (desirable).

  • Technical skills in diagnostics, repair, and calibration of medical products (desirable).

  • Proficiency in written and spoken technical English (mandatory).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.

  • Negotiation skills and a problem-solving mindset.

  • Proactive attitude and enthusiasm for the role.

  • Availability to travel within and outside the country.

  • Provide field support to distributors.
