Title: Service Engineer

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Engineer for our Patient Monitoring and Life Support (PMLS) line in Peru.
As a Customer Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients receive the best possible technical support. To achieve this, the personnel will be expected to fulfill the following responsibilities:

Provide professional technical support for Mindray products to both distributors and end users.

Serve as a technical resource to support our distributors and their teams.

Respond to calls and emails from distributors.

Manage service and spare parts requests from distributors.

Monitor service quality indicators of our distributors and ensure customer satisfaction.

Visit customers together with distributors to ensure their needs are met.

Support the training and development of distributors and internal teams.

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams by providing specialized technical support.

Occasionally provide value-added services to certain hospitals (training, maintenance, inspections).

Take responsibility for the effective management of your assigned service area, including promoting new contracts and coordinating with clients for renewals.
What we are looking for:

Graduate in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or related fields.

Experience with patient monitors and life-support medical devices (desirable).
-
Technical skills in diagnostics, repair, and calibration of medical products (desirable).

Proficiency in written and spoken technical English (mandatory).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.

Negotiation skills and a problem-solving mindset.

Proactive attitude and enthusiasm for the role.

Availability to travel within and outside the country.

Provide field support to distributors.
