IVD Service Engineer

 

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for on-site/remote technical service support for the related product lines;
  • Provide training to distributors service team and biomedical engineer from customer, keep improving the service quality and customers' satisfaction;
  • Customer satisfaction oriented, guide and manage all distributors on how to better manage their service team, and keep optimizing work procedure;
  • Keep collecting end users' feedback and suggestions, and implement necessary improvement actions accordingly. 

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of customer service related experience in medical industry, preferred product background IVD products
  • Good communication skills and customer service awareness, strong sense of responsibility, full of team spirit;
  • Accept frequently travel as per work requirement;
  • English - Upper-intermediate
