Title:  Academic Alliance Manager

Responsibilities:
Manage local joint laboratories and collaborative research projects, engage with partners and government agencies, and proactively identify and establish connections with Singapore-based hospitals, universities, and government bodies.
Act as the primary liaison between external partners and the internal R&D team, ensuring effective communication and alignment of research goals.
Drive collaborative projects from opportunity identification through to successful delivery, ensuring milestones, timelines, and outcomes are met.
Coordinate compliance-related matters, including contract negotiation, intellectual property management, and government project applications and reporting.
Provide support and communication liaison for strategic key accounts (SKA-related duties), ensuring alignment between customer needs and R&D collaboration initiatives.

Requirements:
Education: Master's degree or above in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in managing partnerships with hospitals, academic institutions, or research organizations.
Local Knowledge: Strong familiarity with Singapore's healthcare and academic ecosystem, including key stakeholders and funding mechanisms.
Skills: Excellent cross-cultural communication and coordination skills, with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
Languages: Fluency in English and Chinese is preferred.
