About you and the role:

Are you comfortable in presenting to and negotiating with C-level key stakeholders in the medical device arena? Do you carry experience in selling complex medical device systems to strategic accounts, University Hospital levels and large public and private GPOs? This is a fantastic opportunity to join our growing business in this new role to work alongside senior stakeholders in supporting our business functions Patient Monitoring Life Support (PMLS), Ultrasound and Imaging Systems (UIS) and Invitro Diagnostics (IVD).

With your expertise and seniority you will utilize your existing networks as well as establish new contacts to key stakeholders and decision makers of central national hospital chains, group purchasing organizations as well as large strategic accounts. Together with the Sales and Marketing team, you will develop customized strategies and drive business growth across all business functions.

 

Your responsibilities: 

  • Identify strategic key account in the Territory.
  • Maintain and enhance the quality and profitability of the sales plan through the development of operationally feasible programs with the team.
  • Sales result oriented by Joint efforts with product line sales team, service team and distributors.
  • Work close with key clients, decision makers, manage and enhance relationship with hospital management on assigned territory.
  • Meet with public customers, decision makers to form demand and pass the projects to distributors.
  • Support key projects / tenders in hand with the Mindray team and distributors.
  • Collect and analyze information of the market, e.g. competitors' activities and customers’ requirements etc for maximizing business opportunities.
  • Organize and participate in forum, seminars and other promotion activities to promote Mindray among public decision makers; build up reference hospital in the top end market.

 

What are we looking for in you?

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, major in medical related disciplines is preferred.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in sales of PMLS/UIS/IVD products(e.g. monitor, anesthesia machine, ventilator, surgical products, ultrasound, X ray, Laboratory products etc.) or in related sphere of medical device industry.
  • At least Intermediate English speaking and writing skill is a must.
  • Experienced in working with hospital management, public customers and key clients.
  • Self-motivated and good teamwork spirit to organize all internal and external resources to reach the sales target.
