Due to rapid expansion Mindray Poland has a new opportunity for an experienced, highly motivated, innovative and confident Strategic Key Account Manager to join our ultra-ambitious team!

As a well versed Strategic Account Manager with a background of strategic selling into large, national and international businesses within our industry, you will use this role to join our growing business in this new position working alongside senior stakeholders in driving account development and key strategic relationships whilst having a background in collaborating both with distributors and direct customers.

Your responsibilities:

 

  • You will identify needs and requirements to promote our company’s solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction
  • Develop trusted relationships with a portfolio of major clients
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Planning and managing the full relationship between us and our key accounts and cover the multiple decision makers from the customer’s organization.
  • Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations
  • Coordinates the involvement of external parties and resources, including distributors, project packagers and agents to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations
  • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
  • Proactively leading the joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one to three-year period.
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
  • Act as the liaison between key customers and internal teams
  • Identify and approach new potential strategic customers

 

Key Measures of Success:

  • Achieves assigned sales quota in designated strategic accounts.
  • Achieves strategic customer objectives defined by company
  • Completes strategic customer account plans that meet company standards.
  • Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
  • Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports and forecasts

 

 

What are we looking for in you?

 

  • Comprehensive strategic Sales experience in large medical devices
  • Strong capability for consolidation of both internal and external resources and achieve the goals by team work
  • Proven work experience as a Strategic Account Manager or Key Account Manager
  • Hands on experience with CRM software and Account management systems
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • An ability to address customer requests in a timely manner
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships
  • Proven negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Flexible to travel as required
  • Native or fluent Polish language
  • Fluent written and spoken English as a business language
