We’re looking for a motivated Supply Chain Planner to join our EU Planning team in Hoevelaken. This role is ideal for someone with a supply chain degree, strong Excel skills, and a hands-on mindset who is eager to develop in an international, fast-paced environment.

About the role

As a Supply Chain Planner, you will support the execution of supply planning activities across the European supply chain. You’ll work closely with Demand Planners, Operations, and our global HQ teams to help ensure product availability, healthy inventory levels, and smooth supply execution. This role is c70% supply planning and 30% broader supply chain coordination, making it an excellent learning role with exposure to end‑to‑end planning.

What you will be doing

• Support the creation and maintenance of supply plans based on demand forecasts
• Run MRP and help manage purchase orders to factories and HQ
• Monitor inventory levels, stock availability, and supply KPIs
• Work with ERP system (SAP) to maintain planning and master data accuracy
• Support issue resolution related to supply risks and delivery issues
• Collaborate with Demand Planning, Operations, and Supply Chain colleagues across Europe
• Prepare supply and inventory reports using Excel
• Support ongoing process improvements in planning and supply execution

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Logistics Management is a must
• Internship experience in supply chain or planning required
• Strong Excel skills (comfortable with formulas, data analysis, and working with large datasets)
• Basic knowledge of working with an ERP system (SAP or similar)
• Fluent in English is essential (Dutch is a plus, but not required)
• Eligible to work in the Netherlands without the requirement of company sponsorship
• Living within maximum one hour commuting distance of Hoevelaken
• Eager to learn, proactive, and positive when facing challenges
• Strong attention to detail with a logical and analytical mindset
• Comfortable working in a team and communicating with different stakeholders
• Experience of advanced planning or forecasting software is a bonus (i.e. IBP)
