Title: Field Service Engineer
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree of above, majoring in Medical, Technical Bio-medical, or related field.
- Over 3 years working experience as Field Service Engineer, handling Patient monitor and life support products.
- Intermediate English speaking and writing skills.
- Proficient at Microsoft Office software and internal sales management system, preferably experienced in SAP operation.
- Domicile in Surabaya.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and coordinate value-added service activities to SKA customers , like BME activities , service week , BME central training , high end customer visit .
- Provide services including installation, troubleshooting to high end customers
- Handle and follow up customers complaints through phone, mail or other in timely and effective manner.
- Ensure customer’s satisfaction.
- Generate revenue from distributors, end users for service contract, spare parts, labor service, upgrade, etc.
- Coordinate with distributors and other related departments to follow up complicated problems as well as big projects.
- Manage regional distributor and provide support like technical training ,monthly review meeting
- Provide necessary technical support and team management support to the internal team
