Title:  Field Service Engineer

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree of above, majoring in Medical, Technical Bio-medical, or related field.
  • Over 3 years working experience as Field Service Engineer, handling Patient monitor and life support products.
  • Intermediate English speaking and writing skills.
  • Proficient at Microsoft Office software and internal sales management system, preferably experienced in SAP operation.
  • Domicile in Surabaya.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and coordinate value-added service activities to SKA customers , like BME activities , service week , BME central training , high end customer visit .
  • Provide services including installation, troubleshooting to high end customers
  • Handle and follow up customers complaints through phone, mail or other in timely and effective manner.
  • Ensure customer’s satisfaction.
  • Generate revenue from distributors, end users for service contract, spare parts, labor service, upgrade, etc.
  • Coordinate with distributors and other related departments to follow up complicated problems as well as big projects.
  • Manage regional distributor and provide support like technical training ,monthly review meeting
  • Provide necessary technical support and team management support to the internal team
