Position: Sales Representative - IVD
Location: Tunisia, Ivory Coast, Senegal
Responsibilities:
1. Forecast and plan individual selling target, execute and drive results to meet a set target; keep follow-up with existing orders end to end to ensure the smoothness of order fulfillment.
2. Manage and support distributors of assigned region; explore new promising overseas market and work to enhance Mindray product branding recognition in the local area as well as improve market coverage.
3. Present Mindray products in professional fairs and exhibitions; keep management informed by submitting activity reports, work plan and territory market analyses.
4. Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules.
5. Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports and making recommendations to management team.
6. Feedback to R&D team according to sales status with the purpose of product optimization.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor‘s degree or above, majoring in engineering or equivalent, mechanical and electrical engineering, bio-medical, human science or related disciplines.
2. Minimum 3 years of working experience in international sales. Sales experience in the field of medical device is highly preferred.
3. Excellent communication skills in English and French.
4. Excellent capability in business expansion and account management.
5. Able to travel frequently in Francophone Africa Region.
