Title: Sales Representative - PMLS
Responsibilities:
1. Forecast and plan individual selling target, execute and drive results to meet a set target.
2. Keep follow-up with existing orders end to end to ensure the smoothness of order fulfillment.
3. Manage and support distributors of assigned region.
4. Explore new promising overseas market, and work to enhance Mindray product branding recognition in the local area as well as improve market coverage.
5. Present Mindray PMLS products in professional fairs and exhibitions.
6. Keep management informed by submitting activity reports, work plan and territory market analyses.
7. Monitor competition by gathering current market information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules.
8. Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports and making recommendations to management team.
9. Coordinate Service team to solve customer complaints.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, education background: ICU/OR doctors, such as anesthesiologyst, ICU doctor, respiratory therapist or biomedical engineer.
2. Minimum 3 years' working experience in sales or clinical job.
3. Excellent communication skills in English.
4. Excellent capability in business expansion and account management.
5. Able to travel frequently in French Africa region.
