Title:  Working Student Service Technician, Germany

Working Student Service Technician (m/f/d) – One year fixed term internship

Location: Darmstadt, Germany

Position Overview:

The Service team supports customers with their engineering support requirements.  With this, the team ensures our customers receive the best possible service support and service is consistently of the highest quality. The focus is on helping our local team in Germany to support the customers with regular servicing, resolving challenges and installations of new equipment.

Role Functions

• Support technical service team on the maintenance, repair, inspection and calibration of Mindray products
• Back up for customer calls and emails during office hours
• Help to maintain tools and test equipment properly with the Service Team to ensuring they are calibrated
• Responsible for tracking and maintaining both spare parts

Qualifications and Experience

• Enrolled student (m/f/d) in a technical discipline (e.g. engineering, electronics or similar)
• Technically proficient in the troubleshooting, repair and calibration of Electronic Medical equipment, or demonstrate experience in working on similar electronic equipment
• Customer orientated with good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Reliable, independent and structured way of working
• Very good MS Office skills
• Strong German and English skills are essential
