Title: Channel Management Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Combine with HQ product-line channel policies, to assist Mindray Thailand GM in formulating the local channel development and management plan.
- Conduct channel structure design, guide and assist product-line sales & marketing team in market analysis, channel database construction, channel segmentation and network mapping.
- Manage channel recruitment and withdrawal, offer professional references to GM and Product-line Managers, guide and assist product-line sales teams to execute the channel evaluation and signing process.
- Conduct channel nurture, guide and support product-line sales & marketing team by utilizing the diversified channel policies to set up the process KPI and conduct classified management to different channels. Track the channel performance, formulate the improvement plan, follow up and implement corrective actions.
- Support channel development, organize and coordinate various resources on channel empowerment training and activities, promote professionalism, and develop channels into long-term core partners.
- To build Mindray distribution culture, conduct market order investigation, coordinate and handle the channel complaints, maintain a fair and healthy market order, to identify and control business risks and meet the compliance requirements.
Job requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above. Major in bio-medical, sales & marketing, science, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in sales & marketing / channel management in medical device field. Team leader experience is a plus.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Have global awareness and the ability to analyze the market independently. Good coordination skills.
- Be able to travel frequently.
