With Mindray as Service Engineer your main responsabilities will be:
- Responsible for on-site technical service support for the PMLS product line;
- Provide training to distributors service team and biomedical engineer from customer, keep improving the service quality and customers' satisfaction;
- Customer satisfaction oriented, guide all distributors on how to better manage their service team as per Headquarters instruction, and keep optimizing inside and outside work procedure;
- Keep collecting end users' feedback and suggestions, and optimizing inside and outside work flow.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or above as Biomedical Engineer, Sciences, or relevant major.
- At least 2 years in the sales and channel management experiences in the same industry, experience in tenders.
- Experiencie with Life Support products (Injection pumps, patient monitors, anesthesia machines, laparoscopic towers, and ventilators) or Medical Imaging Products - Ultrasound, Xray,medical equipment
- Good English speaking and writing skill.
- Negotiation, people skills, Commercial mindset
- Proactive and with a high business vision.
