Title: Key Account Specialist
- Responsibilities
• Drive the sales of Mindray's innovative IVD product portfolio, focusing on key laboratory and healthcare institution customers.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve or exceed sales targets and expand Mindray's market share in South Korea.
• Monitor IVD market trends, analyze competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities to support growth.
• Build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with key clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and acting as their primary point of contact.
• Gather critical customer feedback and clinical insights, and collaborate with Mindray's global R&D and product teams to inform future innovations.
• Travel extensively across Korea to engage with clients, provide on-site support, and demonstrate Mindray's commitment to partnership.
Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience in the In-Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) field, preferably with a leading manufacturer or distributor.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build credibility and long-term partnerships.
• Analytical and strategic thinker, capable of presenting complex ideas clearly and making data-driven decisions.
• Self-starter, proactive, and resilient, with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Good command of English is a strong advantage for internal reporting and accessing global resources.
